The Leaders of Tomorrow (LOT) project aimed to confront the growing need for inclusive, future-ready leadership among young people, focusing on the challenges of navigating a fast-changing digital world. Our objectives were to raise awareness of leadership potential and social responsibility among youth, to equip them with practical tools for building strong personal brands, to promote ethical and effective use of AI in leadership, and to foster a global network of young changemakers committed to civic impact. Through a wide range of workshops, team challenges, public-speaking labs, and AI trainings, participants enhanced their digital and communication skills, developed real project ideas for social change, and grew into confident leaders ready to take action locally and internationally. Our audience included 37 young individuals from Poland, Armenia, Georgia, and Greece, reflecting a diverse group united by a shared interest in personal growth, ethical leadership, and using digital tools—including AI—for social good. Participants brought a range of backgrounds, from youth work and community activism to creative industries and entrepreneurship, creating a dynamic environment of peer learning and cross-cultural exchange. The project focused on several key thematic areas relevant to youth development and the promotion of local heritage. First and foremost, it addressed cultural heritage and local identity, emphasizing the value of regional products as carriers of tradition and community history. It also promoted sustainable development, presenting environmentally friendly production methods and highlighting the importance of local resources in responsible consumption. The project supported youth entrepreneurship by offering opportunities to develop business, creative, and digital skills. A significant role was played by digital transformation—participants learned how to use modern technologies such as artificial intelligence, video marketing, and e-commerce to promote regional products. All activities were grounded in the spirit of intercultural dialogue, fostering mutual understanding, collaboration, and the building of a diverse yet united European community based on shared values. As part of the “Leaders of Tomorrow” youth exchange, participants from various regions of Poland worked together to tackle real social challenges faced by their local communities. The result of their intensive collaboration, workshops, and brainstorming sessions are original ideas for local projects that could be implemented in cities—ranging from initiatives for social inclusion and civic education to sustainable development and climate action.
