Participants: young people aged 18–30
Duration: 180 minutes
Goal: Participants know how to start volunteering, what rights a volunteer has, and how to carry out small-scale social projects.

🌱 Module 1 – How to start volunteering
Forms of volunteering, where to find opportunities, how to prepare for your first engagement.

📜 Module 2 – Volunteer rights
Basic rights and responsibilities of volunteers: volunteer agreement, insurance, health & safety rules.
⚠️ Remember: the organization must sign a written agreement with you!
💡 Module 3 – Microprojects
How to plan and deliver a social project: needs analysis, action plan, budget, evaluation.
📋 Module 4 – Planning an initiative
Group workshop — we create a mini-project to be implemented in the local community.
