Workshop overview
Participants: young people aged 18β30

Goal: Participants learn tenant rights and obligations, prepare to safely sign a lease, know how to draw up a handover protocol, negotiate the deposit, and terminate a lease.

Mandatory elements of a contract, rights and obligations of the parties, prohibited clauses.

π Module 2 β Handover protocol
What to include in the protocol; how to document the condition of the flat (photos, meter readings, condition of appliances).

Always sign the protocol and attach photo documentation.
π° Module 3 β Deposit
Rules for calculating and returning the deposit; maximum amount; deductions.
π€ Module 4 β Termination and dissolution
Ways to end a lease: by mutual agreement; statutory grounds for termination; termination by tenant/landlord.

Simulations of difficult situations: deposit not returned, hidden defects, conflict with the owner.
