Workshop overview
Participants: youth aged 18–30, group of 15–20
Duration: 180 minutes
Main goal: participants understand different forms of cooperation (employment contract, mandate contract, specific-task contract, B2B), can check key contract elements, read a payslip, know the basics of leave/absences and OHS, and how to respond to irregularities. They prepare letters to the employer and a 30‑day plan.

Agenda (180')
Modules
📋 Module 1 – Forms of cooperation and “when to choose which”
Goal: Choose the right form and know what to expect.
Content: Employment contract (subordination, place/time, leave, OHS); mandate (flexibility, benefits depending on contract); specific‑task (result, no time records); B2B (company‑to‑company, invoice, own insurance).
Exercise: 6 cases → match the form + justification (PRW1).
📄 Module 2 – Contract and red flags + payslip
Goal: Check documents and understand remuneration/working time.
Content: Contract checklist (parties, position, place/time, remuneration, period, leave, OHS). Red flags: no written contract, pressure to sign, unclear deductions.
Exercise: Check a sample contract + find irregularities on the payslip (PRW2, PRW3).
🏖️ Module 3 – Leave and absences
Goal: Know the path and documents.
Content: Annual leave, occasional/on‑demand leave, sick leave (L4/e‑ZLA), childcare, training delegation.
Exercise: 4 mini‑cases → choose a branch of the decision tree and fill in the request (PRW4).
🦺 Module 4 – OHS and equal treatment
Goal: Act safely and respectfully.
Content: OHS training, protective equipment, reporting hazards, accident procedure. Equal treatment: microaggressions, discrimination, mobbing — internal and external paths.
Role‑play: Case from PRW6 → I‑message/DESC + OHS report (PRW5).
✍️ Module 5 – Letters to the employer
Goal: Write briefly and effectively.
Content: 4 templates: A) Request for a written contract, B) Leave request, C) Payslip clarification, D) OHS irregularity report.
Exercise: In groups of four, each writes one letter (max 12 sentences) + quality check (PRW7).
