🆘 First‑Aid Basics

1. Resuscytacja krążeniowo-oddechowa (RKO)

  1. Check responsiveness - potrząśnij za ramiona, zawołaj
  2. Call for help - zadzwoń 112 lub poproś kogoś
  3. Position the person - na plecach, na twardym podłożu
  4. Open the airway - odchyl głowę, unieś brodę
  5. Check breathing - przez 10 sekund
  6. Start chest compressions - 30 uciśnięć, 2 oddechy

Rate: 100-120 uciśnięć/minutę | Depth: 5-6 cm

2. Recovery position

  1. Klęknij obok poszkodowanego
